I think we went at a bad time and the server was overwhelmed.. we mainly came for the pancakes but were told they were out of there pancakes only to be told by the manager there were pancakes. The food at this location I must admit was not the best, and I appreciate the manager trying her best to accommodate us!

Second time in my life, I tipped 0, I ordered a bigfoot with French toast instead of biscuits. When the order came out, the server said: "Sorry about the long wait. If you need to speak to the manager about the cooks, you can." My order was wrong 100%: 5oz country steak, one egg, and I swapped the biscuit for French toast but didn't come out. Went with family on a Friday. They offer an all you can eat prime rib or fried fish and chips after 4:00pm. We arrived a little after 5:00pm. We were told it would be another hour for the prime rib so we all ordered the fish and chips. The fish was raw. The nice young waiter offered to bring out more fish. He did, it was raw. The manager offered to comp half the check when none of us were able to eat what we ordered. We walked out knowing we would never be back. I really wanted to like this place. Lots of "hype" leading up to their opening late last year. It's the middle of March. They should have it right by now. 50 minute wait on a Sunday morning. But that wasn't the issue. We'd heard that the wait was long. Ordered Corned Beef Hash with eggs over-easy and a pancake. My wife ordered the Sausage Scramble with sausage patties. Took about 25 minutes to get our food. They were out of sausage patties. Don't be out of sausage patties. She substituted links. No pancake yet. Corned beef w... read more

Can't really complain about the service but can the food quality. We had the shrimp & chips and fish & chips with sides of hush puppies (6 each at $1 each) which were closer to good solid musket balls. They could have been used for bear hunting as hard as they were. Cole slaw had little to no sauce and was just chopped cabbage and carrots. My fish was pretty fresh as it felt like it had just come out of the fridge (as it was cool to Luke warm) and the shrimp was overcooked.
