Had huge clump of slimy brown/gray substance in my iced tea. Showed manager, but she didn't say anything. I was so grossed out that we left! Will never eat here again!!!!

I've never in my life had a very crispy and hollow pancake! Disappointing mothers day breakfast , and to think I was so excited to get to try my first bLack bear diner�

Worst black bear I have ever been to. Over an hour wait for our food , crunchy pancakes, and very small portions. Will never return here

Had brunch there today. Wouldn't have had a big problem with the long wait after placing order if food had been worth it, but the pancakes on my plate were as hard as Frisbee. No exaggeration-couldn't even cut with knife.

Normally, my Black Bear Diner experiences are great, but yesterday was an exception. Excited and ready to enjoy my "bearthday" breakfast gift certificate, I ordered pancakes, sunnyside up eggs, and bacon with a side order of toast and coffee. The first round of pancakes and eggs were clearly overcooked with the pancake tops peeling off like wallpaper and the edges of the egg whites about 1/2" of black. S'okay, give 'em another go right?
