Horrible service went in for desserts I got the banana cream pie it was more cream filling then actual slice banana. My dad got a chocolate shake and it was water shake then ice cream shake. Our server didn't have our check and made a rude comment about how we would have wanted the food free anyway and how he didn't see menus so it through him off.

First time Patron Citrus Heights location went in got seated right away order was taken right away food was brought wrong food was very average counry fried steak was abt 3 oz very small I must say no refills on beverage had to eventually share my drink with my guy smh service was poor the beat thing abt my experience was the black bear pictures on wall !!!!!
Service was very poor. Food was about the same. Poor!
I didn't like the fact that I had to wait 20 minutes to be seated ,it took probably another 20 minutes to get our food, 10 minutes to get water from our waitress terrible I will never be back again. And the cashiet even said you guy's were waiting awhile, but that was it.
Our second time to this location and it was by far the worst. Two tables got their food before we did. The a/c seemed to be broken. My husbands eggs weren't over easy and still weren't made correctly after telling the waitress. It took 45 minutes to get our food as well. I understand if it's busy or the kitchen is backed up, but at least acknowledge your guests. No apology for the long wait either. Sorry, never coming back.
Food was good but not worth the 50 min wait we had. We witnessed 2 different groups get up and leave because the wait was unacceptable our waiter was nice and apologetic for something that was totally a kitchen crew problem. Hope they get better kitchen management before it hurts the restaurant. When food came it was good. But definitely not enough grave on my biscuit had to leave half because it was to dry to eat. And the orange juice was great until we saw that the little cup of juice cost us $5 wow .
