Food was good but not worth the 50 min wait we had. We witnessed 2 different groups get up and leave because the wait was unacceptable our waiter was nice and apologetic for something that was totally a kitchen crew problem. Hope they get better kitchen management before it hurts the restaurant. When food came it was good. But definitely not enough grave on my biscuit had to leave half because it was to dry to eat. And the orange juice was great until we saw that the little cup of juice cost us $5 wow .

Seated fairly fast, never received food, was busy but not swamped, far to many waitstaff and more needed in kitchen perhaps. Don't think we will go back.

First time at black bear was excited to try it. I was very disappointed. We were in the back by the kitchen and forgotten about. Took 20 minutes to even get drinks. Ordered meatloaf didn't even look or taste like it. Service and food horrible will never go back. Worse part was is wasn't even busy. Servers were standing around talking.

Very dissatisfied with this location, the bacon was very salty, biscuits were very dry & our waiter didn't come back around to check on us!

Had huge clump of slimy brown/gray substance in my iced tea. Showed manager, but she didn't say anything. I was so grossed out that we left! Will never eat here again!!!!
