The breakfast and service here are always delicious. The only thing I could say is that the sausage and biscuits were a little overdone. Otherwise I would have given a 5
So When my boyfriend and I first walked in a long time ago we walked back out because it was uncomfortable for us. We didn't see any POC. Walking in the other day it was a different vibe so I got excited. The menu was like a newspaper and very overwhelming with A LOt of options. Our server was horrible tho, she didn't do much for us and when she asked how our food was we were already finished, she didn't check up on us at all....I got the french toast plate and it was so good. Black Bear Dinner has a nice cabin, Christmas ambiance (to me). I arrived at 11:00 am on Saturday morning and it was really busy. We arrived during the breakfast crowd however by 11:30 am it cleared out nicely. I like the uniqueness of their paper menu and the large selection of meals they offer. We had lunch here again at Black Bear - it has become a Sunday staple. The food, atmosphere and service, as always, was terrific. Our waiter, Marvin, was outgoing, professional, attentive- I highly recommend. Another great dining experience at Black Bear.

I came in today with my family like we do often but today was AMAZING!!! The service was fast even though they were getting slammed at the time and the food was hot and the staff was so friendly. I witnessed a manager who wore glasses and had curly not only make sure the food got out hot but she even was out working with her team busting tables and seating guests all with a smile.
