Spent over two hours waiting for a table due to host not entering the correct number for my party We eventually had to leave without being seated. It was disappointing.

The food was pretty good I can't lie, the atmosphere was good, My issues comes from the service. I had a server named Ebony that ruined my entire experience of the place and I have a $60 bill and was with my family. She seemed high because couldn't not understand a sentence repeated 3 times, slammed cups of soda on table to where it splashed and left a random cup filled with sprite that belong to nobody on our table, did not have a good attitude, and lastly management did not offer any discount or anything at all for the rud... read more

The past few times I've been here the service has been terrible. The last few times the service was slow even though it was a relatively empty restaurant, for example we waited 15 minutes after we finished eating to get the check because our server was nowhere to be found. The most recent time I left after waiting 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order, even though there was maybe 10 other people there. It's incredibly disappointing because I used to love coming here with friends, but now it's just not worth it.

So kids wanted to try this place and we were all disappointed. My wife chicken fried steak was over fried heard as a rock and gravy and mashed potatoes were bland. I opted for surf and turf let me just say the steak was horrible whatever steak seasoning they used I wasn't a fan of. Simply salt and pepper is all you need for a good steak. I was going to get the tri tip but after ordering it medium rare I was told by the waiter the tri tip is already pre cooked so I can only order it medium. I have given this place three tries and each time was a bad experience. The first time I went, the service was terrible. Even caught our server rolling her eyes when another server told her we needed something. Second and third time, the food was terrible. Nothing tasted good.

I was hoping for a better breakfast then waffle house. Not really the case. To me this is just a wilderness themed waffle house. Our server was nice, but they didn't have enough servers so the service was basically non existent. Our eggs were forgotten and brought out after our meals were almost finished. By that time there were cold and hard. Oh well. It was edible but not memorable. Also more expensive than waffle house. No thanks.

I went to a Black Bear in Vegas and really enjoyed the food, so I decided to try it out again but I was thoroughly disappointed. I got the hot turkey with gravy and mashed potatoes. The turkey was insanely dry, to the point that I couldn't believe it was even served. Also, the meal was cold like cold cold not one touch of warmth to it at all. Unfortunately I will not be retuning back to this location.

Very nasty dirty place. Children's buster/high chairs/table Bathroom/ everything is dirty Food it is not good at all. The only good thing was the waiter he was really nice. I would never come back again
