The food here is pretty bad and it's obvious that nobody cares about the quality of it. The servers are wonderful, but I feel sorry for them because the food and service is both better at Denny's

No silverware on the table we stirred our coffee with a straw, lady took our orders didnt write it down, plates came to the table WRONG gave us loaded hash browns when we didn't ask for them not to mention they were under cooked, over easy eggs when we asked for scrambled eggs. Bullsh!t ass service and we didn't get silverware till 2 min after our food came.

Service: At first, we had great service. Our waitress was fast & friendly from seating us to taking our orders, to delivering our food. However, she disappeared after that. We asked for tea refills that never came, and in a moment of lapse of judgement a to go box. Food: my son ordered pancakes , eggs, bacon. I ordered the cod & shrimp plate with coleslaw and fries. I will never come back to Black Bear diner here off 290 service was terrible mixed up our orders and Arturo the floor manager. When I complained to him his comment was I don't care. Imagine the manager saying I don't care. I hope this thing goes viral. I will never come back here again and will look for corporate address to call.

Spent over two hours waiting for a table due to host not entering the correct number for my party We eventually had to leave without being seated. It was disappointing.

The food was pretty good I can't lie, the atmosphere was good, My issues comes from the service. I had a server named Ebony that ruined my entire experience of the place and I have a $60 bill and was with my family. She seemed high because couldn't not understand a sentence repeated 3 times, slammed cups of soda on table to where it splashed and left a random cup filled with sprite that belong to nobody on our table, did not have a good attitude, and lastly management did not offer any discount or anything at all for the rud... read more

The past few times I've been here the service has been terrible. The last few times the service was slow even though it was a relatively empty restaurant, for example we waited 15 minutes after we finished eating to get the check because our server was nowhere to be found. The most recent time I left after waiting 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order, even though there was maybe 10 other people there. It's incredibly disappointing because I used to love coming here with friends, but now it's just not worth it.

So kids wanted to try this place and we were all disappointed. My wife chicken fried steak was over fried heard as a rock and gravy and mashed potatoes were bland. I opted for surf and turf let me just say the steak was horrible whatever steak seasoning they used I wasn't a fan of. Simply salt and pepper is all you need for a good steak. I have given this place three tries and each time was a bad experience. The first time I went, the service was terrible. Even caught our server rolling her eyes when another server told her we needed something. Second and third time, the food was terrible. Nothing tasted good.
