I normally have a great breakfast from here, but this morning I ordered the California Benedict the eggs were not poached but more like hard boiled. There was barely a drizzle of hollandaise sauce over it the bacon is usually plentiful however I could barely find any. My hash browns were cold very disappointing breakfast I ended up tossing it in the bin

Ate there today, a 25 minute wait to get seated, which was ok. food was good BUT the ladies room was a disaster, toilet paper on the floor and toilets not flushing. Told 2 different waitstaff and nothing was done, heard several other people complain also. No one seemed to care....not sure if I will go back.

Terrible. I ordered through Uber Eats and I guess Black Bear Diner thinks they can get away with not giving you everything you ordered knowing that Uber Eats will not do anything about. I ordered the roasted turkey that comes with soup or salad as well as red skinned mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and cranberry sauce along with 2 sides of your choice. This place has been one of our favorite places for dinning..Unfortunately, our last visit wasn't as expected...We ordered Friday AYCE fish fry. Everything was fine until the 3rd request for more fish, and after 15 minutes of wait, our waitress came back and said, am sorry our chef is having a bad attitude today and refused to work on the submitted order.. OMG!

Horrible service would not be eating here again ever it's decent but the lady took forever and had an attitude
Disappointed -when i ordered it stated I couldn't make changes, yet evidently they were free to make changes and not clarify I needed to assemble Santa myself.

We had a very disappointing experience at Black Bear Diner and won't be returning. Initially, a friendly server quickly took our drink order, but then another server told him it was her table and asked him not to serve us. She didn't return for about five minutes, and my kids ended up waiting over 10 minutes just for apple juice. I really wish the first server had stayed with us. The food here is pretty bad and it's obvious that nobody cares about the quality of it. The servers are wonderful, but I feel sorry for them because the food and service is both better at Denny's
No silverware on the table we stirred our coffee with a straw, lady took our orders didnt write it down, plates came to the table WRONG gave us loaded hash browns when we didn't ask for them not to mention they were under cooked, over easy eggs when we asked for scrambled eggs. Bullsh!t ass service and we didn't get silverware till 2 min after our food came.
