We order to go for the office ladies and we've given this place a couple of tries and gotta say we keep getting disappointed. Over cooked food, not tasty, cold. It's just not good. Pictures on the website sell but once you actually get to taste your food is the complete opposite sorry I don't think their staff cares.

Worst service I've ever had here after 20 min waiting had to ask for service after another 5 min went by we got up to leave told manager about their service and was to make sure I leave a Google and yelp review. Sad but I won't be coming back

Went for dinner tonight and it was absolutely horrible. The restaurant was a mess with numerous tables had dirty dishes on them. Only saw 2 people working in the front. Food came out cold and I wasn't even able to eat it. Won't be back!!

Service was nonexistent! Hubby wanted to try this place out for dinner so we got there at 8pm (they close at 10pm.) Our first clue should have been that there was literally only 1 other table of guests here. The food was good but once we got our food we NEVER saw anyone who worked here again. We had to get up and go ask for our check. I'd go to another location but not this one!
Four times now Black Bear has left off items and whole meals that I've had to REORDER to complete. Never again. Good bye.
I have eaten here 4 times in the last year and was really liking the place, but Sunday, Aug 6th I vowed not to return. Not sure what happened with the waffle and corn dogs, but they must've had a fight on their way to my table, because they were battered, bruised and burned. The chicken tenders (not shown) were so hard, wasn't sure if they were fried hard, stale or both. Chicken 'N Waffle (1230 cals.) Granny Bear's Mini Corn Dogs (350 cals.) Well.... Came to a "diner" expecting more traditional foods. It's really not all that great. No hamburger steak options, no macaroni and cheese options, limited dinner options. When they were telling me what was on the salad it was followed up with, but we are out of "...." Just an overall disappointing place. Stick to Cracker Barrel.

Worst possible place to go. The food is subpar but the service is AWFUL. One our burgers were burnt so we mentioned it to our server who stated that was if it's well done it's likely to get burnt. We accepted that was fine and were not trying to send it back. Then he proceeded to talk to his coworker across the restaurant to say how if we didn't want a burnt burger we should've ordered chicken salad. If you want to get treated like sh*t go here. FYI our server was Jeremy
