Most of the time there great but the last 2 times they weren't that good show service and cold food

I've been visiting black bears all over the state for years; the food was always consistently good, fair priced, and the staff was attentive. When the Elk Grove location opened so close to home, we were all thrilled. The first few visits went off without a hitch, true black bear style. Then, something seemed to happen. My visit before last left a bad taste, literally, in my mouth because while our server was polite our meals were wrong and one was actually cold. I love the food. My husband and I sat at the counter to see all the different foods. Waitress was awesome. Now don't get me wrong, I haven't a problem with someone's lifestyle choice. BUT......there was this young tall black gay dude dancing and singing and performing. My husband literally wanted to leave before the food came.
