I have gone to other Locations and had always had a good experience. At this Location the service was horrible. I had to ask another waitress for what I needed. Food was Salty and not cooked completely.

I had to ask for water three times, the waitress forgot the bacon I ordered, and over the course of breakfast, I was somehow served by 3 different people. Not to mention, the pancakes weren't even that good anyway. No one got a tip from me that day, and I'm never going back there.

ran out of salmon, ran out of clam chowder too? pecan trout sucked. ribs were so_so. Black Bear Diner in Vacaville was better

The restaurant is very nice and clean . The service was excellent . But the food was just fair . The waffle had a cake like sweetness to it that I didn’t care for . My husbands hashbrowns were over done . It was our 1st time visiting this Black Bear And our last .
It’s not that I wouldn’t recommend it, but it’s a little too pricey, too much food and the eggs gave me the poops! Sorry. The service was excellent though. I gave the waitress a 20% tip.
We waited over an hour for our two small meals. Not the best service.
Service was great as usual but food was NOT up to their standard quality at all. Ordered clam chowder which was like watered down milk gravy without the sausage but with a very few potatoes and clams. But the manager did take care of us so that was a plus.
