Really like their food and good 😊 customer service
My husband and I have been here twice already,(the one in elk grove) once when they first opened and it took 3 hours to eat. We thought ok they are slammed not their fault, food came out wrong, and lots of apologys from the wait staff, so we tried again last night wanted our last family meal to be good before we have our new addition . And we will never go back again. The food was disgusting, dry, cold, burnt. I am shocked how bad it was. The waitress offered me new fries and that's about it. On my first visit to Black Bear Diner, I really loved their fresh squeezed orange juice. When I came back yesterday I ordered an orange juice again, but it didn't taste like the first time. The juice they gave me is not a freshly squeezed one, it's tasted like a regular orange juice from a box and they still changed me $4.99 ��� Their pancake was very good though.
