Must have been a bad day. Silverware dirty. My fork had dried cheese on it and the spoon had dried broccoli. My husband spoon had dried food also. My son's menu had a piece of lettuce stuck to it. Crumbs all over the seats in booth. The waitress replaced everything but shame that the cleanliness can't be trusted. Otherwise the meal came out fine.

They give BIG portions but the food did not taste nice at all :( I fed it to the dogs when I got home .

I've just never been really impressed with Black Bear's customer service. This time they said we were called for a table when we were only feet from them and was passed up for our table. Maybe they should invest in a p.a. system.
I've just never been really impressed with Black Bear's customer service. This time they said we were called for a table when we were only feet from them and was passed up for our table. Maybe they should invest in a p.a. system.
I was a bit disappointed. I had French toast and it was soggy. So was my son’s. I took my sister and her family who were visiting and luckily they enjoyed their food. Next time I’ll have the pancakes and speak up about the soggy French toast.
