Absolute worse service from our waitress Madalynn. Never asked if the food came out alright, never returned to ask for refills, completely vanished off the floor, no where to be found. I watched our food sit at the kitchen counter for a good 15 minutes until another waitress looked around and grabbed it. The only time she reappeared was to ask if we wanted our check. Where to start? The meal was sub par.The ribs were terrible, boiled not broiled. Fat & greasy. Didn't get all items we ordered. The AYCE Fish fry was so so, not battered , but with gritty breading. The French Fries were sitting out , not hot , & not freshly made. & I got a thimble full of tartar sauce , half full, for four pieces of fish! Don't think your "Chicken Fried Steak" will look anything like the picture! Nothing special here, just another "Chain". Used to be a good restaurant to have a meal at, but those days are long gone!

Slow waiter.. it wasn't even busy...Didn't get refilled on drinks... I don't recommend the ribs....

Do not sit people by the restroom. The woman's bathroom door slammed every time someone went in or out. Base of the jukebox was obnoxious. Food okay. My husband likes it I do not. Coffee bitter! I do not recommend this place. You can find better food and atmosphere elsewhere!

Terrible customer service! I walked into the Burleson loca, no one at the front to greet or seat me.Walked into the dining area saw to ladies, they saw me, said nothing. I wait in front 10 more minutes. A worker walked in to start her shift. I explained my situation, no I'm sorry what can Ido for you, she did say give me a minute and disappeared. 5 minutes later, I left. This was my second and last unsatisfactory experience here. We will not be back. Our Place! I'm running back to you!

When I arrived the place was full of people so the only seat available was at the counter. Very noisy inside. I had a competent waitress. The wait was quite long after I placed my order, however, I saw that the kitchen staff were working hard to do a ton of orders. Unfortunately, my order was messed up. I ordered my eggs over hard and was served runny with a bit of undercooked egg white and I found an eye lash in it. I've been coming here for months now, which was great in the beginning, but unfortunately been let down the last few times. The waffle maker was not working, or there was no carbonated drinks. This place fell off bad within the last 3 months. What breakfast restaurant only has ONE waffle maker? Make it make sense. Must have gotten rid of the cooks or got new management , because the food quality & service definitely is not the same. I rather go back to Waffle House because at least they're consistent there.
