This place is either a home run or a real stinker and this was by far the worst experience we've ever had since they open this franchise first we had a party of 10 on a night Sunday night that was only 1015% filled. We had a 15 minute wait And we're seated and then we had another 15 minute wait until a server come over and said that she was not our server, but she just wanted to let us know that our server was just running away but behind another 10 minutes past, and another server came by and repeated the same thing. Not good. Very bland. Low portions. Service extremely slow. Don't get the patty melt unless you love your cheeseburgers with very LOW protein. I would rather eat a Mcdouble than come back here.

We got sat pretty quickly, but that was about the end of the good on our visit. It was about ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were at the table. Server was not very friendly and seemed annoyed by us. Nothing other than hot coffee? Okay, that's fine, but no milk alternatives seemed a little strange for a California chain, so I just got water, no big deal. Went for brunch with my daughter today. We arrived around 12:30. There was a short wait. We were seated at the counter at the last two seats on the farthest right side. We sat there looking at the menu for a while. After about ten mins of waiting and no one having checked on us I flagged down a Hispanic lady in a red top. I think she was a manager as the other employees wore t shirts. And I had to flag her down even tho we had direct eye contact twice smh. She took our drink order. Past 3 dine experiences were good, food was portioned and cooked correctly. Dined in on 5/16 and was less than desirable. Tried to order 2x2x2 weekly breakfast special that is on the Alliance Black Bear Diner online order website and was told.by waitress it wasn't available, I stated it was on their website, she checked with the manager and stated not honored at this location. This was my go to place, until now. Waiter messed up orders, and was very slow. The food was absolutely terrible. Crunchy eggs, watery gravy, dry biscuits. The place didn't even have 20 ppl in there when we went. It was my BFF'S first time there and she said she won't be going back. As this was our Mothers Day dinner, I was very disappointed in service and the food. I won't be going back for quite awhile.
