Absolutely the world's worst wait staff in North America. I'm not certain management has a clue what is going on.

We ordered a pick up order over the phone. They forgot the $10 bear claw we ordered. When we got home and realized I called and they said all we could do was come get it. We didn't have time to come back that's why we ordered to go... they refused to refund me or be helpful in anyway.

I'm fairly disappointed in this venue. Each experience past the first became increasingly worse. This time was my final time coming in. I called in an order for two lamb chop and waffles, I drove across town to get it all to be told they had just run out of lamb choos and waffles for the day.They stated they attempted to call me, but I didn't answer, when in fact the host took down the wrong number. We are a family of 7 and we come here for breakfast 2-3 times a month.Never had a complaint, the food has always been good and the service excellent. All that changed today, our waitress named Faviola came to our table 10' after we set down and her first interaction with us was " hi, how are you? I will be taking your order all together ". She didn't bring a straw for my daughters orange juice, didn't fill up the creamers for the coffee, when my food showed up, I asked for A1 sauce ( twice ) and never got it. Absolute worse service from our waitress Madalynn. Never asked if the food came out alright, never returned to ask for refills, completely vanished off the floor, no where to be found. I watched our food sit at the kitchen counter for a good 15 minutes until another waitress looked around and grabbed it. The only time she reappeared was to ask if we wanted our check. Where to start? The meal was sub par.The ribs were terrible, boiled not broiled. Fat & greasy. Didn't get all items we ordered. The AYCE Fish fry was so so, not battered , but with gritty breading. The French Fries were sitting out , not hot , & not freshly made. & I got a thimble full of tartar sauce , half full, for four pieces of fish! Don't think your "Chicken Fried Steak" will look anything like the picture! Nothing special here, just another "Chain". Used to be a good restaurant to have a meal at, but those days are long gone!
