This was an enjoyable experience! They have fresh squeezed OJ which I love and we ordered a la carte (at least my son and I did) and they were so nice about it. Loved the atmosphere and am looking forward to going again sometime!

Food was excellent. My Lovely Bride said the salad was crisp and cold, as she likes it. Server was attentive to our group of 5 plus a high-chair. The main drawback was the amount of time needed for prep. Food wasn't steaming when brought to the table, and it took like 3 trips to get all our meals on the table. Daughter noted that there seemed to be disorganiztion in the kitchen, most likely the reason for the delay in getting our food. It was 2 days after Christmas, so maybe the first team wasn't in place for our visit. We'l... read more

Food tasted great! The biscuits are BIG. I got the big portion chicken fried steak! The hash browns I got were a little burnt but manageable! My only true complaint is more nit picky I may want to get the same thing with gravy on the side. I went in the morning before dawn more like first light and it was quiet. The server was nice and accommodating she did great! Definitely recommend going there! My girlfriends Reuben was amazing!

We went two days in a row. On Sunday, Christmas Eve, we got the pancake meal and everything was great! We decided to take our parents on Christmas Day for the advertised Christmas Dinner. We were very disappointed. It was quite expensive ($24) but it was supposed to be turkey or prime rib with all the trimmings. First they forgot our salads and we had to point out that it was supposed to be included. Next when our entrees came out, the stuffing and the cornbread muffins were missing. They finally brought a muffin out and tol... read more

Omg! How wonderfully tasteful this place was. It's a full-scale restaurant with small town diner vibes. The customer service was out-of-this-world amazing where they'd check on you constantly throughout the duration of your meal. Each bite was even better than the last. So much food for such great prices. I'll definitely be going back to try other food they have!

Upon stepping into the recently unveiled Californian eatery nestled in Alliance, Texas, I embarked on a gustatory journey that held promise. The fare, while commendable, fell slightly shy of reaching the pinnacle of greatness. It certainly merits a visit, albeit with tempered expectations. Service, a hallmark of any dining experience, exhibited a mixed bag. The attentive waiter mirrored excellence, seamlessly ensuring a delightful engagement. Alas, the kitchen faltered; an absent biscuit and the unfortunate depletion of my ... read more

The food and bakery items were delicious, and the service was on point. The food came out hot and fresh, and the wait time didn't feel long at all. The sweet cream pancakes taste like wedding cake, so don't get them unless you have a sweeeeet tooth! We enjoyed our experience there.
