I deleted this entire review Because it was supposed to be up IHOP and not Black Bear diner. I apologize to the manager for the mix-up. Black Bear diner has always been good to us. But I don't recommend IHOP

Old country log cabin style look with booths and tables and chairs reminds me of a 60's diner. Pictures of BLACK BEARS all over the walls. A jukebox playing with oldies. Donna was my server and she was just a country delight. She had me laughing. The food I had the BIRTHDAY special, RIDICULOUSLY DELICIOUS PANCAKES Best I've eaten in years. Ordered fish and chips ?fries ok but fish was 3 small pieces lots of batter little fish ın it sure it was frozen fish ....And one piece of fish was over cook dry so dry ,,, asked for green beans Got cup of mixed fruit

service was horrible and slow, sat us at a dirty table, got all the orders wrong and the food came out cold. our server was cussing, and yelling across the restaurant. i will never return.

I'm not sure exactly what this is but it's definitely not pot roast more like rubber roast never order it again and it used to be a favorite. Sad....very sad!!!

Have been to bbd's in oregon and northern california and LOVED THEM. Was so hopeful here, HUGE LET DOWN. BOTH TIMES i brought my family here we all got food poisoning!! The first time service was ok, the 2nd time the server was super unprofessional and really didnt wanna be there. Never going back. After 2 times getting violently sick from their food, i will never trust it again

The 1st time, there was no issue at all. After a 30-minute wait, We, myself, friendd, and service animal were unconditionally given two options to eat at Blackbear, no employees, nor management approached us at our entry. UNSANITARY AND CROSS CONTAMINATION!!!!! We went to go eat around 10:30 at this location for brunch. Server was amazing! Took our order quickly and accurately. Unfortunately where we were sat, we had a direct few the expo window where Laura Munoz was expoing the food. We observed her over a period of 15 minutes touch her hair and face without washing her hands while continuing to touch food.
