In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. The diner was running efficiently and all the staff were friendly and courteous. Our dinner was terrific, but what made our visit delightful was our waiter, Hector. He saw to our every need and was a pleasure. Thank you for making our Christmas dinner bright.
