Staff was very professional like and very friendly I had breakfast at the bar it was really busy yet the staff I observed worker so well together as a team. My food was very delicious and hot and did not have to wait long even with the full capacity & the second week it has been opened, each worker did so well and hands off to their manager, which I asked his name: Dalton. I have eaten at your Tulsa location and it is as good as Mesquite now. I hope all the success for that location. 5 star. Linda
Always looking for good food with nice waitstaff and a clean environment. Our first time here was a great choice! We will definitely return to try more of their tasty dishes!
Very relaxed atmosphere and the BEST service. Everyone from greeters to wait staff to management seem genuine and very helpful. Food is generously portioned and delicious! Large menu to choose just exactly what you're hungry for! Breakfast or supper - all day, any day. Wonder what I should order next visit ....
The outside looks really nice. Walking through the doors you're instantly greeted with a smile and a server comes up to you. Everyone was so friendly. The food came out hot and very fresh. We went at breakfast time. They give you a large amount of food. You can get any of their food at anytime of the day. Finally a Mesquite restaurant with great service, great food, and friendly engaging people! Thank you Black Bear for coming to Mesquite, TX and we'll be back! Mesquite residents-the Browns!!
My coworkers and I came in for lunch, we were very excited because we have been waiting for them to open for weeks. Upon arrival we we're greeted by several employees and shown to our table. We were presented with the menu and I instantly felt overwhelmed once I opened it up. There are a lot of menu items to choose from, one thing I loved was that they serve breakfast all day. My and the wife's first time eating at this Black Bear Diner location. She had the Bob's black bear burger and side salad and I had the corn beef hash and eggs topped with cheese along with a side of bacon, spicy Italian sausage and French toast. Everything looked good on my plate but unfortunately as I ate my eggs I noticed a hair stuck in between my cheese and eggs....i pulled it out and set it to the side and continued to eat. they literally never have good service. I took my child to the bathroom and when i came back they threw away untouched plates of food. the food is okay, but that doesnt make up for the godawful service

Food is bland Service I guess ok I did a pick up Ambiance looks ok But the smell of the restaurant is a no No
