Thanksgiving dinner was not to thank full for the ham meal I ordered, it was as tough as shoe leather, it seem it had been cooked two weeks ago and they warmed it up threw some honey drizzle on it and called it dinner. Food was not bad, this rating is about management. After eating here on Thursday afternoon, I walk out to find my car was broken into. I went back in upset and asked if they could call the police. Employee went to get the manager, same employee came back and said you can use our phone. Horrible service. Our waitress was not happy to see us walk in at 9:25pm. They close at 10 and yes I get that the closer you are to Closing time the service might not be as great. We felt not wanted and was unable to enjoy the small meal we ordered. If they don't want any customers coming in maybe let them know sorry we're closing soon and not sit them. When we entered at 9pm we were greeted by the waitress's frown and poor attitude. We came for coffee and dessert. The waitress responded rudely when we asked for coffee she said " we already poured out the coffee" so we asked if she could make some more and she stood there silent while we waited for a response. The food was pretty good. Had the volcano. Very large portions. The hash brown/potatoes came so crispy it was almost like the chip toppings you buy for garnish. The service is really where they lacked. I'm not sure if something happened but almost the whole staff kept going to the back to talk. Loud enough I could hear their profanity over my eggs. I had to ask a different waitress for a refill bc my waitress was too busy gossiping in the back.

Our server was just doing side work while the food sat under the warmer. There weren't very many people there yet waited over 45 minutes for food. Had to ask if the food was coming. The scrambled eggs tasted watery. Normally black bear gets their scrambled eggs, right.

There are cute things to shop for while you wait for a table. But, we went there to eat. The service was good. But, everything we ordered was so bland. No seasoning on anything. The biscuits were just giant, hard, non-yeast cafeteria rolls. I don't understand how that's Ok to serve to anyone, but there are pictures everywhere. I will definitely be going across to the other side of 151 next time I need breakfast.
