Not sure why anyone with even decent taste buds would get this place. You can get better pancakes, eggs, and bacon at your local taqueria. This is just another chain trying to occupy space in the iHop/Jims/Dennys lane, yet somehow this is a couple tiers below that. Food was borderline gross. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere.

First time at this restaurant. It wasn't packed however we were asked to wait. After 10 minutes we were seated and a nice young woman brought our menus and got our drinks. I got coffee which was excellent. I ordered the half sandwich and soup of the day. I got the tuna salad. Here's where we go down hill. My husband got breakfast with 2 eggs hash browns ham bacon and sausage plus 2 super large pancakes. Well my sandwich fell apart had to eat it with a fork. There was more lettuce than tuna which wasn't bad but watery. The... read more

Service was really bad at 151 location. Abrille was our waitress. Not attentive at all. When she brought out my soup and salad she tipped over the soup bowl and even though it barely missed me she did it even offer apology. She disappeared for long periods of time. Never brought my dad his glass of water.

First let say, food is always good. Visited today 12-14-24. Service was horrible we felt ignored by server Dedra, don't know if we would have ever gotten food if other servers didn't step up. All she did was complain.. check took forever to get to us after I asked for it. Over chatty and too much complaining. She said she had 30 years in the business... I guess she hasn't learned what service is about!

Thanksgiving dinner was not to thank full for the ham meal I ordered, it was as tough as shoe leather, it seem it had been cooked two weeks ago and they warmed it up threw some honey drizzle on it and called it dinner. I guess they are saving to good pieces to take home, because the cook staff kept staring at me, spoke to the manager, after getting the third degree from this little waitress as to why, I wanted to talk to the manger, I showed him my plate, if you're going to charge that much for a meal, it better be worth it,... read more

Food was not bad, this rating is about management. After eating here on Thursday afternoon, I walk out to find my car was broken into. I went back in upset and asked if they could call the police. Employee went to get the manager, same employee came back and said you can use our phone. This was nice of course but the manager never came out.i know they weren't at fault, but being they were extremely slow at this time, it would have been nice if the manager would have checked on one of their customers and make sure they we... read more

Horrible service. Our waitress was not happy to see us walk in at 9:25pm. They close at 10 and yes I get that the closer you are to Closing time the service might not be as great. We felt not wanted and was unable to enjoy the small meal we ordered. If they don't want any customers coming in maybe let them know sorry we're closing soon and not sit them. I would understand that better then getting the service we got. Very unprofessional and rude. The evening crew need some customer service training , they really know how to... read more

When we entered at 9pm we were greeted by the waitress's frown and poor attitude. We came for coffee and dessert. The waitress responded rudely when we asked for coffee she said " we already poured out the coffee" so we asked if she could make some more and she stood there silent while we waited for a response. She finally said she'll make some then left. I personally got a hot chocolate but what they gave me was mostly hot water. We were left without service for a long time. After eating, we talked to the manager about the ... read more
