I went on a Sunday which may have been my fault but an hour wait proved that this place was not worth it. Out waiter was attentive but the kitchen was backed up. We received our order 40 minutes after ordering and in no time did the manager come by our tables to discuss the issue. The tables around us received their order and complained that the food was cold and sent back some food to be reheated or remade. Our order finally arrived and it was lukewarm. The Denver Omelette had no seasoning and flavor. The mushrooms were cut... read more

If I could give a "0" I would have!!! I'll start with the fact that the place was gross ( I mean the kind of gross that had been there for days, I highly doubt that they even ran a vacuum in the last 24 hours) the "Garlic Toast " was sandwich bread with burnt garlic. The rest of the food was just as impressive. Now, trying to get out of there was just as crazy! I had to ask one of the 12 kids that were walking around doing nothing. Finally the hostess told us to just go to the cashier and tell her your table number... like ... read more

I have been to black bear diners in Arizona, which there is always a wait, greater than 1 hr,if you go, this one on hwy 151 is no different. So with that said, be patient. we were seated and it seems like more staff is required, and or cooks. We ordered and our food was about another hour to get our food, one of our family members food was delayed for about 10-15 minutes, so we started to eat so our food wouldn't get cold....the waiter and the manager came and apologized and didn't charge us for the meal. I had the Benedict ... read more

Fam & I wanted to try this new restaurant but it was disappointing to have to wait over 10 minutes & nobody even attempted to take our order. Two service people looked over at our table and went about their business. Ridiculous, the place wasnt even packed! Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Tried this place for brunch (around 11am on a Sunday). Place was very crowded and little room left in parking lot, unless you parked off road (which on a rainy day, was muddy). Went in & put name on list, 50 minute wait. Since we had not tried breakfast but had been twice for dinner, we waited... was eager to have some of their "fresh squeezed orange juice" I had seen advertised on their tables. Finally table was ready & we were seated. I ordered BLT with fries & my husband ordered scrambled egg with sausage & gravy on biscu... read more

Placed an order Sunday evening for delivery through UberEats and my family was left incredibly disappointed. First, the choices on the menu sound absolutely delicious. So many options and at decent prices, why wouldn't I want to place an order and quick! Well the food was disappointing as was the customer service received after calling to complain. We ordered the chick fried steak omelet which came with a potato choice and a bread. Biscuits were chosen as were the hashbrowns. I can't say what the biscuits taste like as the... read more

Came here because it's close to home, offered late hours (till 10p), and breakfast could be served all day. My husband receive a free breakfast plate voucher for his bday. Not even another free voucher would bring me back. Nothing came seasoned. Eggs were eggs. Hashbrowns were thickly shredded potato slightly browned and thrown all over a side plate. The pancakes are called "sweet cream" for a reason. Came out very heavy amd sweet. Not a normal pancake you'd expect. The busicuits are practically the size of a child's head bu... read more

I went to Black Bear Diner & was very excited to try the food. My disappointment started with the decaf coffee, it was extremely bitter. As if it had been left on the warmer far too long. Disappointment number 2 was my plate. I ordered the 2 egg combo with the corned beef hash with hash browns & a biscuit with gravy. The corned beef would have been better if it had been brined longer. The hash browns were the worst I've ever tried to eat. They were hopelessly mushy, overcooked without ever having been on the griddle. They we... read more

Went for breakfast, Seated right away, great waitress. Not impressed, ordered hash browns, pancakes, bacon and coffee. Hash browns were just a pile of white, bland and no seasoning/flavor potatoes. Asked for crispy pancakes, they were not cooked long enough and were tough and coffee was very weak. Haven't decided if I want to go try lunch.
