In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Attended the training event yesterday. Our server Tracey was awesome! We have been to Black Bear in Colorado Springs, have always loved their food and the Tucson restaurant is a welcome addition to the chain. Will definitely visit again soon.
