We went in tonight for our first time. We were told the wait would be 15 minutes and we waited 27 minutes total. We finally got seated and as we were getting walked back to our table we noticed over a dozen open tables so we started questioning why they made us wait so long. After being at our table for over 7 minutes we walked out. Not once did a waitress stop at our table to ask for a drink order. We are beyond disappointed with the service. place was in shambles, no one knew where to seat customers and many tables were available. Transits using the phone, floor very dirty. won't be going again.

Do NOT EVER go to Black Bear Diner in Tucson!!! I have never been in such a racist environment in my life!!!! The customer service and food was great! However, literally EVERY customer there were all white elderly, my date and I were the only colored people in the restaurant. I’m usually not one to complain and try to be as easy as possible to wait on but the service I received at the location on Broadway and Wilmot in A I won. We have eaten here three times now. The first two times were great. This time things did not go well at all. My son ordered a hamburger and side of onion rings, I’m used to very large portions at this restaurant so I was shocked when five small onion rings were brought on his plate.
