Poor service, been waiting almost an hour for our food. Will not be back!
Hubby and I went in the evening. Service was quick, but we asked if the salads have cabbage in them, cause my hubby is deathly allergic to cabbage. She said no. When the food arrived, the salad was FULL of cabbage! When we told the server and showed it to her, she said, " oh, I didn't know that was cabbage"! (I mean who doesn't know what CABBAGE is?!) It was good, but I have been there when the food was much better. Guess it must have been a different cook. The service was superb as usual! Our waitress was sooo friendly and helpful! Definitely will return!
Stay away from this place unless you want to take the risk of food poisoning! First time there and we had a 30 minute wait time even though they had a lot of open booths and tables. The wait staff seriously act like they rather be someplace else. Now on to the food! The biscuits and gravy was ice cold!!! The biscuits were more like off brand dinner rolls and they were hard covered in ice cold gravy! The eggs looked like something hatched and cooked from a rubber chicken! They need to take Chicken and Waffles off their menu. Cold, undercooked, and the chicken looked like a grease drenched $2.00 patty from a discount grocery. I have a feeling from the looks of mine and other peoples food that they use chef mic alot. I will never step foot in there again.
The customer service was phenomenal; however, the portions were disappointing. My father got a Reuben and onion rings, when his plate arrived, it was no more than 3 mediocre rings and a small sandwich. Now, I got the bacon cheeseburger salad and it was huge. Of course, I was pleased, but, no so much when I had stomach problems that are usually due to MSG sensitivity.
