This place is charming and the food is delicious. Scott was so nice and very helpful. We have been there many times and will always keep going back because the service is so good.
I was looking for a restaurant to rest and catch up on the cellphone. Black Bear Diner is located a block from the Ventura highway, mere blocks from the beach. This is exactly what I was looking for. Menu is immense. Breakfast, lunch and dinner available. I had two eggs over easy, sausage and a waffle. There was so much food I could only eat half of it. I haven't been to Black Bear diner since I was a kid. They serve a lot of food where and they have a lot of options for kids. They also offer wine, beer, and mimosas. The desserts look amazing.
