In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. We tried Black Bear Diner for dinner for the first time tonight! Scott was our great attentive waiter! So kind! Thank you Scott! He also greeted us and sat us! We enjoyed our entree selections and the corn muffins were so warm and yummy too! The portions were over the top but Scott got us "to go" boxes to solve that problem! Thank you!
