My husband and I usually go to the Jordan landing location and love it. They are so friendly and on top of everything. Our daughter has autism and a sensory processing disorder. We forgot food she could handle one time and the staff was very helpful showing us soft foods they could serve her. Then we went to West valley with the family. For ten bucks I would have expected a burger thicker than that found at a fast-food restaurant—nope! Mostly bun and lettuce; very little meat. The prime rib had no au jus and was tough as shoe leather. Very disappointed. First visit and probably the last.
I went to this location last night, it was the worse experience I have had in a restaurant. Both the customer service and food was bad. We had to wait for a while for our waitress to come get our drinks and take our order, also slow with the refill. I ordered the steak dinner, and it was terrible, not only was it overcooked, it was tough dry. I also ordered their Peach cobbler, which was cold. I asked the waitress if it was supposed to be hot. My burger wasnt made correctly they did offer to make a new one but I didn't want to wait. They did what They could to correct it though
