My burger wasnt made correctly they did offer to make a new one but I didn't want to wait. They did what They could to correct it though
1st time this location, took my 5 yr old grandson to breakfast for our birthdays. Waited 15 minutes for not to friendly waitress to take our order. We got our barely warm food after another 15 minutes. My grandsons pancakes had a 4 inch black hair in them (we're both blond). The only other time we saw our waitress was when she hurriedly put our check on the table. She didn't even ask if I wanted a second cup of coffee. My first time here and the service was amazing.. We came in the morning and order breakfast, Except our food came out and it was all wrong so our server brought it back to the cooks to fix it and the manager was super super rude about it she made our experience awful. So me and my roommate came here thinking, we were going to get prompt service when we arrived just like all the other black bear diners in the area. Ooooo were we wrong we waited ⏳over 15 mins for a server to even ask what we wanted to drink, but there were plenty of servers seating and greeting new people and taking there drink orders☕️ .
