Have been 3 times now, today is the last. The bacon looked like tree bark and the manager was right there watching the dishes come out. Food was cold, service was bad. There are no comment cards to leave a comment. The food is always burnt or cold. Wont go back

Ordered deliver as they had a free delivery weekend. DoorDash was quick but half of my order was missing. You have to talk to the restaurant to resolve order issues and when I did I got the rudest person on the phone who refused to help. They don't deliver! Well, yes you do. You have a contract with a delivery service so if there is a problem YOU contact them to deliver what was missing. Demanded my order be fully refunded only to be told the person who handles that won't be there until after 2:00 pm tomorrow and they won't ... read more

The last 3 times we've eaten there, service was slow, food came cold. Very sad and disappointed. We go out to breakfast every Sunday morning, but sadly this restaurant is no longer on our list.

Like everyone else I waited excited for this to open. I was hoping for this is better than Dee's or at least will make Village Inn review their standards but no it's like IHOP and Cracker Barrel's reject. I haven't found a thing I can eat AND the employees scare me. I don't see any high schoolers going there after class. Enough said.

Visited the Woods Cross restaurant when it first opened in summer of 2018. Enjoyed it! Went back early afternoon on Christmas Eve '18 and was very disappointed. Both my wife and I were served cold breakfast - except for the Chicken Fried Steak, everything in both plates was room temperature. And the Hashbrowns were burned and cold. The service was also slow and inattentive - waited 15 minutes to be able to tell our server the food wasn't acceptable.
