So this is our first time eating here and I am NOT impressed. Service was very SLOOOOOW. There was not that many people dinning so not sure why there service was slow. Well at least the fried chicken was good. So it was worth the wait. The pot pie was cold! Not eating here again. I will settle for crackle barrel.

I was excited to come to this place since I've never been here and I've seen advertisements about it. Never thought I'd be this disappointed the first time coming here. Customer service: I appreciate the waitress acknowledging us and making sure things are going fine. However, she was slow despite the lack of customers and shows that she doesn't care about her job. Worst BBD IN THE STATE. Staff was unorganized and super slow. We waited for 30 mins and never even got to order...when I asked for a waiter I was told he's coming ....10 mins later we left. Go anywhere but here!!

LOCATION: 2474 S 575 West Woods Cross, UT 84010. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. AMBIANCE: All BBDs are laid out pretty much the same. Unfortunately when I walked in I noticed an entire section near the bathrooms was completely un bussed. Im talking stacks of dishes piled atop each booth. Whats with that? The floors were also scattered with dining detritus (napkins, pieces of bread, fries). Unbelievable. SERVICE: The few waitresses were harried but pleasant and scurrying. Wish they took better care of their employees and appreciated their value. They lose good employees and care more about cutting cost than taking care of them or customers
