Disappointed with my order, incomplete and missing items. I asked for my missing items and I saw the reflection on the fridge her putting the cornbread with her barehands didn't use gloves. Safety and handling procedures do not exist here.

Party of 4, maybe 50% capacity. We were seated and given menus, then the wait started. 20-minutes later I had to ask the busser to find our waitress who finally came over to take our orders, no apology for the delay. Other people had come in after us chose to leave. It took 17 minutes from ordering to food provided. Food quality was good as BBD always provided. Very disappointed, BBD has always been good at other facilities, Even with CV19 staffing struggles, other BBD's, restaurants provide better service that this BBD.

This place has a terrible introduction. They also double charged my card twice for two different chargers and I can't get it reversed. I have to go out of my way to fix there mistake! I would Not recommend this place, especially if you don't have much on your card, you could accrue an overdraft fee!! Don't come here I warn you now. They are hurting for staff and they'll hire anyone. The lady upon checkout did not know how to split a check. Or do a split payment, and said "we never do that here.." I'm like uh hello! We we're extremely happy to eat here for Breakfast. We we're seated immediately, someone other than our server asked about drinks because she wasn't visible. Our server finally came and got our order. My boyfriends' food came 10-15 minutes later, everything was great! I waited over 25 minutes for my food to be brought to our table. My boyfriend finished his entire breakfast by the time our server noticed my food was ready. My food was cold by the time I got it. Would not recommend!!

We ate here on a Friday night in February 2021. The food was everything I've come to expect from BBD: Not great, but definitely good. The atmosphere was fine, not too noisy. Everything is socially distanced, and it wasn't too busy. I mean, I didn't THINK it was too busy. We were seated at around 5 PM, and it took about 15 minutes for anyone to come take our order, after bringing drinks, which weren't too slow. But we didn't get our food until 6:10 PM.
