My husband and I stood in the lobby for about 10 minutes before we walked out. Not very many people were eating and there were at least 3 servers on shift. The serves looked at us multiple times and just said nothing and walked by us. No "we'll be with you in a moment" or anything. I'm a server and that wouldn't have been tolerated by my boss.

I ordered one of those country fried steaks family dinner meals to go and when I got it, it was missing the corn breads and the portions were so small. I called and the manager on duty said he couldn't do anything and that he would leave a note for the manager to call me back and now it's been 2 weeks and no one has called me back which tells me that my money or time wasn't worth theirs. So sad because I had high hopes for this spot.

ALICA WAS HORRIBLE EXTREMELY RUDE... I've never had her before but I probably won't be coming back if I end up with her again we were waiting for a food for a very long time and my husband had to use the restroom and just saw her sitting down at a table eating while we were just sitting there with our drink cups not refilled but luckily everything els was great like the food was fantastic and the little girl that sat us had a nice big smile on her face I didn't get a chance to get her name but she had extremely short hair an... read more

Soooo SLOW!!!!! Most pathetic service. Expect to wait at least an hour, if you're lucky, for your mediocre food.

Disappointed. Watched the assistant manager Gloria I believe was her name sit there and talk to what I could tell was her friend and our waitress "Jessica" for one heck of a while. It's a joke. Jessica was rude and didn't ask the kind of bread I wanted nor if I wanted hash browns or country potatoes. From my past times of being a waitress at a black bear I know that front section must be clean at all times and bussed for more customers. So this is our first time eating here and I am NOT impressed. Service was very SLOOOOOW. There was not that many people dinning so not sure why there service was slow. Well at least the fried chicken was good. So it was worth the wait. The pot pie was cold! Not eating here again. I will settle for crackle barrel.
