What a long wait! The place was not full, but we waited almost 30 minutes for breakfast. The waitress said they were down to two cooks after two had quit. I think the management needs to step it up. The servers are doing their best, but the place is not organized.

My husband and I were in the area and stopped by this diner for breakfast. It has s very nice atmosphere and our waitress was great. However, the restaurant was fairly empty and our food took over a half hour to be served and both our meals did not arrive together. I was almost finished eating by the time my husband received his egg dish. Also , the scrambled eggs and the omelet were very small portions and the price was high. We eat in Park City restaurants that have are much more generous in their portions and the price... read more

My husband and I were in the area and stopped by this diner for breakfast. It has s very nice atmosphere and our waitress was great. However, the restaurant was fairly empty and our food took over a half hour to be served and both our meals did not arrive together. I was almost finished eating by the time my husband received his egg dish. Also , the scrambled eggs and the omelet were very small portions and the price was high. We came when there was hardly anyone in the restaurant, our waitress Alexis, started off with promise. Shortly after taking our taking our order, our food came out. She came over to check on us, and my husband asked for a drink refill. She walked past our table no less than 6 times without his drink. He was still eating, and she asked if he was done and wanted a box. As he was done with his meal, and about 20 minutes later, he FINALLY got his refill. Very poor service, we will not return to that location.

Food is decent but the service is horrendous. It wasn't a busy day but service was extremely slow. Took forever to get our food and our order was wrong, when we let the waitress know she simply replied with "you didn't say that" when we clearly know what I we ordered and even pointed it out on the menu to her. No apology, no sincerity, no customer service. We will not be going back.

Have been 3 times now, today is the last. The bacon looked like tree bark and the manager was right there watching the dishes come out. Food was cold, service was bad. There are no comment cards to leave a comment. The food is always burnt or cold. Wont go back
