Took too long to seat us, understaffed. Nobody greeted us or even acknowledged us. The restraunt was no where near full of guest, so I don't understand why the wait was long. We ended up going down the street to western diner which had 1 waitress serving 7 different tables quickly, efficiently, had the best service & better food there. I would recommend going there instead of eating at this chain restaurant.
Positives- inside was clean and well decorated. Coffee and French fries were good. Biscuits are huge! Negatives- the burger, grilled cheese and and chicken strips were poor quality. It seemed to be a low quality frozen patty for the burger. The price point was $17-$18 for that. We were served drinks in dirty cups and food particles- maybe the dishwasher isn't working well? Not the best service- forgot the sides we ordered and didn't refill drinks without us asking. Not great service and too high of prices for quality of... read more
food was burnt and over cooked. service was not that great. Had to wait 20 minutes for the check then when we went to pay the girl at the register said it would be about 5 minutes to pay with a gift card as the manager was busy. Not going to go back
Waited 15 minutes up front at 8pm. Just popped in to buy a dessert. Someone finally saw me standing there and I was helped by Sam who obviously did not want me to be there and it showed. I hate feeling inconvenient but I did come in to purchase something. No one was at the host stand or checkout. Pretty terrible service. I've been in to eat before too and nothing has changed. I just gave benefit of the doubt since they first opened but holy hell this place sucks.
Finally me and my family decide to go to black bear we got there at 8:56 pm. I was very unsatisfied with my visit when I arrived, the door was locked and people staring at us laughing. My family and I felt very uncomfortable. Not coming back again.
does the service and the people who work there are very pleasant. And the fact that I've been there a few times before. Pains me to write this review, but I was definitely food poisoned by them on a dessert the banana cream pie. 36 hours later I am up to write the review because I have been so sick since then.
Dinner on 3/16 was a disaster. Husband's hamburger was burnt black. Two of our party had prime rib and both were over cooked and they couldn't eat them. The saving grace was the waitress Dez. She was professional and helpful. Probably will not go back. Comfortable area and friendly staff could not make up for really bad dinner.
Been here 3 times. 1st time was lunch food was cold and tasted bad. 2nd for breakfast 10 minutes didn't even have someone come by to get at least a drink I left. I decided to give them one more chance today for breakfast. Service was quick but coffee was Luke warm. When the food came out it was cold and tasted uncooked.
The restaurant was clean with a nice log cabin feel. Very price for subpar food served cold that had a long wait time. The wait staff was very nice
