Starting this off with a huge shout out to Amanda!! We stopped in to check out this new restaurant and couldn't have been happier with the service and food. Amanda was super charismatic and especially welcoming! Her food suggestions were spot on and it was absolutely service with a smile! We will definitely be stopping back in next time we are in town! Thanks again Amanda!

Great food, very personal service, Christina was our host , she is Awesome. Love the theme, serving sizes are hearty. I interacted with a lot of the staff, everyone was pleasant and helpful. A cohesive team. Look forward to my next visit.

Service was great, staff was so friendly and nice. Portion sizes were good to but some things are a little overpriced. A small glass of orange juice was 7$ it was fresh squeezed but a little much for the glass you get. My husband and I got the scram bowl breakfast but they literally dumped a bunch of pickled jalapeño on it and the entire thing just tasted like jalapeño juice. Party of 4 we went in last Friday about 3pm. They appeared very understaffed. Only 1 waitress for entire restaurant. Long wait to take our order, ck on us, bring ck. Food took longer than I can remember at any restaurant. Waited up front to pay. People were saying this is the way it usually is at this location.

Service was slow and everyone looks like they have a bad day. Food was salty and nothing special, my tri trip was dry yet fatty. Overall it was a convenient spot for a quick bite but definitely will not be back.

I have been to Black Bear Diner in other locations before. The menu was more memorable than the foods because it looked exactly like a newspaper. Anyways, we ordered fried chicken steak, tri-tip, Joe's omelet, and The volcano. Originally, I wanted the corned beef hash, but the waitress came back and said they didnt have it. 12/12/2025, had a hamburger and fries around 1:30 pm. No ketchp, no placemat. I did not say anything. Been vomitting for quite a while. Fries tasted bad, looked like undercooked, over salted frozen fries. Tasted the overwhelming amount of salt. Came home feeling odd, tired, somewhat dizzy, nauseous. Went to lay down... We have been occasionally going to the Black Bear diner ever since it opened several years ago, and the experience has always been disappointing. This should be the nicest diner in town and it should be busy. It's a beautiful building and the interior is great, so what's the problem? First of all, what's with the B grade in the window?
