Ben was very professional and answered all my questions fully. Gave us a discount for a coupon that was recently offered even though I didn't know about it. He suggested we replace our water heater which we already knew. He also explained how to drain a water heater so we could prolong the life on a new water heater. I would use them again.
Showed up on time. Was very professional and prompt with the service. Checked the A/C electrical system, control unit for proper operation and the operating temperature. Took additional time to thoroughly clean out the unit. Provided advice on options for a new thermostat, humidifying unit and tips on how to keep the outdoor unit protected during the winter months. Very happy with the level of service provided. Thank you.
I used their service in late November or early December. Their service is pretty good and I'm satisfied with their service. I would recommend them to other people.
Technician came on time, actually arrived earlier, but called me first to make sure that was ok. Came in and checked out the furnace, adjusted the gas pressure and gave me advise on the air cleaner that was acting up. I would highly reccomend this comapny and will use them again in the future.

I think that the only issue we had was the time we bought the certificate. I think I kind of expected that they would get back to me within a day or so, and I think it took them about three days. Apparently it is a small business. The two guys who run it were out hunting and did not leave any kind of message on their phone indicating that they would not respond for a couple of days. Our water heater was leaking, so I found the deal Black Lion had on Angie's List and called to see when they could come out if I purchased the deal. The gentleman I talked to was friendly and helpfuland told me they could come out that afternoon around 4 pm. I purchased the deal.Around 4 pm, the service tech called to say he would be a little late, which I thought was very good customer service.
