I used Black Lion to install an A/C unit for my house / home office after having used them previously to replace an aging furnace. My experience with this latest job was equal to the quality of the first job they performed for me: fast, professional and a solid installation of quality components. Everything has been perfect since the installation two weeks ago. I'd recommend Ben and his team to anyone needing similar work done and I would use them again in the future.
He showed up on time, was very friendly, and quickly completed the service.
Service was completed in timely fashion, service tech was professional answered all my questions and did a through job.
Everything went fine and he did a thorough job of checking everything, telling me that I wouldn't need the furnace serviced again until about two years later. The only thing I would point out is that he initially said that he didn't have any filters for the furnace on him. He wanted me to wait until another person from his company with the filter to come by the next day. I had to offer to pay to get him to go buy the filters just a few blocks away. The work went fine.
I was very happy with them. They were very good.
The representative was polite and friendly on the phone. He made an appointment that wasconvenient for my schedule and was right on time. The workman went right to work. He took panels off the furnace and checked all the parts and connections. He put everything back the way he found it and cleaned up afterwards.
The technician was a few minutes late due to traffic, but called beforehand to let me know. Such a call is always appreciated, and reflects well on the provider. He had no problem with my watching the whole process, explaining each item he was working on. One issue was identified, the options for dealing with it were fully explained, and there was no pressure at all towards the more expensive options. I will to call on them again.
Service person arrived as scheduled and completed servicing as advertised.
