The service was great and his diagnosis was exactly right. Their standard charge was $20 less than the other company I dealt with. Excellent experience!
They were very fast and courteous. Got a great price through Angie's List. Much less than I expected and the quality of work is excellent. They even pointed out out some other issues I had in my crawlspace and helped me figure them out so I could get help. Overall an excellent company and great quality work done

We selected Black Lion because of the great deal they oferd for Angie's list customers. They arrived exactly on time, went right to work yet they hade the time to answer questions. They left the furnance area neat and tidy, too.
Black Lion's employees are extremely professional. From the start I was very impressed. My old furnace was vented improperly so it was basically a rust heap. It continually clogged and was extremely noisy. Black Lion replaced the furnace and vented it properly. It's super quiet and I've noticed a significant difference in the warmth of my home and heating bills. They were very punctual, respectful, and made sure to cover and clean everything. I highly recommend them.
The service person did an inspection and tune-up on our furnace. He showed up on time and went right to work inspecting and fine-tuning the furnance. I was there the whole time and asked questions. He gave me good answers and some tips on what I could do to maintain the furnace as a house owner. I was very pleased with the visit and would use the same company again.
