All workers were prompt, courteous and did a great job from start to finish. This is the second time I have used the services of Black Lion Heating & Air Conditioning.
Came out and promptly checked out furnace, gave estimate for replacement, performed work quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up before leaving. Excellent!
He was running a special on the kind of water heater we wanted which caught our attention so we got a good deal, it was like $900 offer. He was great, I talked to Ben directly and it was kind of an emergency, our water heater began leaking, he called me back on a weekend, had me send him photos so he knew exactly what he was looking at in terms of connections and he knew everything he would need to do the replacements, he was able to come the next day and he showed up and he was done in a very short period of time, he did a ... read more
My first month electric bill moving into this new house in December was $740, needless to say I had to replace furnace and hot water heater with gas. The furnace was in the crawl space under the deck, not easy to get to, and the opening needed to be widen for the new furnace to go in. Their prices were the best that we got. So far they have done good work, and have been very responsive. The owner of Black Lion is very likeable, and I would recommend them to anybody.
Fantastic. The price was great so I purchased it as soon as I saw it on Angie's List. Very prompt follow-up after purchase, quick scheduling of installation, and everything went exactly as advertised on installation day. The owners and employees were great to work with, would definitely recommend Black Lion and I'll be using them for any future heating/air-conditioning work.

Ben came and did an estimate on a Thursday, and work was performed on the following Monday on schedule. Theinstallers were professional and knew their business. The left the area as clean and orderly as they found it, and everything was completed on time and to my satisfaction.
