It was very straightforward -They were prompt, on time, and didn't try to sell us on something we didn't need. They covered their shoes so they wouldn't track dirt on the carpet and showed us he did.
Came on short notice. Very professional, knowledgeable and fast. Very informative on the phone and didn't try to upsell me on services. Totally impressed and will be our go to from now on.
Not their fault, but make sure you know the exact type of water heater you need. Turns out that side vent heaters cost almost THREE TIMES a regular water heater! After we figured out that they brought the wrong unit, they immediately went and got the right one and quickly installed it. As is common with floor heat systems, there was a lot of air in the pipes which blocked the flow of the water. They came out promptly when I called to have them correct this. Great service! I'm sorry I cant remember the two guys names, but they were friendly and very profesional. They removed my old water heater & installed the new one in just a couple of hours. They cleaned up so well I can't even tell they were ever there....other than I now have enough hot water to take a very lonnng shower!
Ben and his team did a great job getting the new furnace installed. They were timely and professional in both estimate and installation and I plan on using Ben's company again to get the air conditioning component installed.
