I was happy with the service. They replaced a part and haven't had any problems with the system.
I used the $69 coupon for the Furnace checkup. Brad came by on time to check on the furnace. He found some cracks on the furnace and explained me the options i have. and even offered to check on the warranty on the heat exchangers. Considering that the furnace is about 19 years old i decided to go with a new one instead. Ben arrived on time and was great about going over our options. They were able to schedule me the next week. We decided to do the job in two steps. We needed the furnace right away and we will have them complete the air conditioning systems in the future. They arrived the day of the install on time, had no issues installing the furnace, and cleaned up area. We've had the new furnace for a month with no problems. Looking forward to having the a/c added before summer.

When our furnace died we called Black Lion after looking at Angie's List. Ben came out the same day, which is nice when you are sitting in a cold house. He gave us good advice about the furnace to choose in our particular situation. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive thing and he explained the characteristics and trade-offs really well.
