We purchased Angies Big Deal ($69 for furnace tune up) and received an appointment within a few days. Our gas furnace seemed to be working all-right, but we had recently moved into the house and wanted to make sure it was functioning properly and was safe. Great, great service provider. Brad was even early for my 8am appointment, which I so appreciated because usually people show up late & as a consequence, make me late to work. He was thorough & professional and explained the issues with my aging furnace clearly. I would call them again for sure & will definitely get a quote when my furnace does need to be replaced.

We made the decision to replace our 20 year old Payne gas furnace to upgrade to a newer, more efficient model. We were set to go with either a Trane or a Rheem system and asked for quotes from companies that dealt with them and had excellent reviews. Despite unforeseen difficulties during the installation, Black Lion's installers did a GREAT job, answered all of our questions and made certain weare completely satisfied. They refused additional compensation for what turned out to be an unduly difficult job. Weare greatly impressed by the work ethic of Black Lion's representatives and would recommend them and their company without reservation.
