Great service! I found Black Lion Heating and A/C Furnace tune up on the Big Deal. The company is an owner/operator. He was very polite, called to confirm our appointment the day before, arrived on time, and performed the annual maintenance of furnace. Even brought in a hand vac to clean up any debris. I've had my furnace serviced annually since it's install and I will work with Black Lion from now on. He pointed out that our blower setting was incorrect and correct it at no additional charge. We bought a special deal on Angie's List for $59.00 to have the furnace inspected and routine maintenance performed. It also included a filter change. Black Lion was very quick to get back to me when I contacted them to make an appointment and use our deal. The inspector arrived right on time, performed the services detailed in the deal (to the best of my knowledge), and changed the filter for us. Scheduling was smooth, service was prompt, expert, and friendly -- Jason is the best. He checked out and cleaned the household furnace and when I asked him, he took the time to discuss different furnace options in the futureand what the new Federal Regulations on furnace efficiency would mean.I would definitely call him again for any HVAC work needed. We used Black Lion because of Angie's list reviews and an Angie's List coupon. We set up an appointment via phone with no problem,receiveda courtesy call the day before and the technician arrived punctually at the arranged time. He performed a thorough inspection of our gas furnace and told us the same thing every furnace inspector including our initial home inspection has told us since buying the house 6 years ago - the furnace is currently fine but will need to be replaced in a year or so. Simple service. Winter check-up of heating and AC systems
This guy was awesome! He not only performed. The scheduled service but went over and beyond for me by helping me get the pilot light lit on my gas fireplace and when he noticed there was a problem with the way my furnace was installed, he made multiple calls on my behalf to assess the potential issues it could cause and advised me on the steps I should take to get the matter resolved. Also said I should feel free to contact him if I had any further questions/ issues....much appreciated fantastic service!
We would have them back to work in our home and would reccommend them to others.
