I bought an Angie's List deal for furnace tuneup from Black Lion. I had a very old furnace (30+ years), and Ben Ward did a great job cleaning the burners and rebalancing some components in the furnace to reduce the noise. It all went very well. I called Ben on a Friday afternoon. He came over and provided an estimate Saturday morning. He was very professional, clearly explaining the various options available in gas furnaces. He answered all my questions, and even recommended a less expensive model that he thought would work best in my situation. My girlfriend has a big house and a huge furnace in messy garage. It was becomeing fall and time to clean and maintain the furnace. The company she was using kept raising their price. I went on Angie's list, found a coupon and this A-rated company. They were better than advertised. Great Job!
