He spent a lot of time; he spent more time than he should have. He was very good. He was efficient and he knew what he was doing. He was very well trained. He was a true technician and he cared about the furnace working properly. He went above and beyond.
It was refreshing to deal with a company whose first concern was to solve your problem rather than separate you from your money. I've had the company that installed my furnace out several times to repair my furnace - and they have cost me dearly. I'm confident that the technician from Black Lion has identified the root cause of my furnace problem and finally fixed the problem - at a VERY reasonable price! I will use/recommend this company in the future without reservation.
A truly terrific experience. We had been very frustrated with this over-sized system we inherited in this new house. Ben made adjustments to the furnace; so much quieter and efficient. Very friendly, knowledgable. Money well spent!

Experiencing a major leak from an old gaswater heater is a royal pain. Cold showers, plus a flooded basement were our pre-Christmas situation thisyear. First thing I did was check Angie's list, and sure enough under the "Deals and Buy Now" tab there was a special offered by Black Lion Heating and AC for a 50 gal. water heater for $949.00 installed.
