Jason responded to my call, saying he had an opening the same morning. He arrived ahead of schedule and performed the service in a timely fashion. He was friendly and professional.
They called me the night before they were to come to give me an update as to what time to expext them. They came at the time they said they would. Did the inspection/cleaning and answered any questions I had, they were very professional. I would gladly recommend they.
Ben and Jason could not have been any better. They know what they're doing, got the job done PROPERLYand even cleaned up after themselves. You can't go wrong with Black Lion.
I purchased an Angie's List coupon for an AC/Furnace check-up from Black Lion Heating & Air Conditioning. Ben came out and performed the service this morning. He was excellent, arriving right on time and was very professional. He carefully checked both my AC unit and furnace, and did some preventative maintenance cleaning of both. He also answered all my questions, explaining what he was doing as he worked. Excellent customer service, highly recommended.

Ben was spectacular! Very personable, professional, and thorough. He took apart the various components, cleaned them, and vacuumed them out as well as the surrounding area. He pointed out an oil leak that indicated a likelihood of the motor's bearings imminent failing. BUT, he didn't pressure me at all to take action now to replace the motor. Be assured that if and when the motor seizes, Ben and Black Lion will be the ones I call!
I used the "Early Bird Special" from Angie's List to do our furnace tune-up. When I originally called to leave a message, Jason called me back quickly to schedule the service. He scheduled the service soon after. Jason and Ben came to service the furnace. They were on-time and completed the job pretty quickly. Our furnace is quite old and they said that we may want to replace it, but did not pressure us to do so. They carry Coleman furnaces. They were professional and we would hire them again to do this work.
Went through the standard annual furnace maintenance.
They were prompt, on time, knowledgeable, friendly and cost effective for the job done.What more can I say? I would recommend them highly.
