He was able to come out almost immediately to give us an estimate.There was no hard sale pressure at all.He was very thorough and gave us suggestions and things to think about. scheduling was a breeze. they had a morning spot open the following week. jason arrived right on time (a tad early, in fact). he cleaned out the a/c unit and checked/cleaned the filters. he even pointed out that my unit was blowing alot stronger (and wasting more energy) than it needed to and adjusted it for me. the whole process took about half an hour.
Person who came by to do the tune up was happy to answer questions about the care and maintenance of the furnace and polite as well as professional. Would definitely recommend to others!
The whole process went flawlessly.They beat the two other bids I received by $1000 +I chose them based on a referral from a friend.I am glad I did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for Heating or Air Conditioning.

Our heat pump was not working and the tech replaced the capacitor and 'soft kick start' which fixed the issue. I did not get any warranty info with my invoice, so I called the office to ask for it and was told they would get back to me. I also told her that I was hearing a new noise from the heat pump. When I had not heard a week later, I left a message. (New noise had stopped, but still they should have responded.) Been a customer of Black Lion for 10+ years. Replaced furnace years ago due to old age and had to replace again due to faulty manufactured parts and received a discount from Bryant the manufacturer. Added AC unit and then replaced with heat pump/AC as recommended by Black lion. System not heating my home and service the last 2 years has declined. They just don’t care anymore.
