I asked for a detailed estimate and they would only provide a one price for the job with no details. It is like they were trying to hide something.
It didn't because nobody bothered to show up or call to reschedule.
Did not clean correctly and caused a short in furnace. Failed to advise need for pre-filters so electrostatic filters were overworked. They failed to give expert advice and after hiring another furnace company-found out the put in parts not needed. Owner failed to call me as requested. Do not use these outfit as they schisters and do not know furnaces.

I contacted this company for an evaluation and quote and had to wait three weeks for the appointment. They never showed up.
They need to treat customers with more respect and give them higher priority. They need to respond to their questions on time. I have asked for more details on the quote twice already and no one has gotten in touch. Even though I was promised on the phone that someone will get back right away. Its been 2 weeks since my initial query. Also I checked the work that was performed. The workmanship is poor and the fix that was applied is not at all working. I feel like my money should be refunded. Really poor experience.
I ordered the AC tune up and found out very little was covered but at least they would clean the coil. When I checked on the work I noticed they didn't put the coil cover back in place right and air was leaking everywhere.....which is just lazy. However when I decided to just put the panel back in place myself I found out the AC installer siliconed the panel shut, so there was absolutely no way they could have cleaned the coil which was basically the whole point of the service. No mention in the report.
The guy did not find the root cause and suggested to change the valve and pilot assembly. For that they charged $200 After a day the quote came: $1500. Of course I did not do it. I debugged it myself and found that the thermopile was broken. Cost $25 plus about 2h work. After repeated calls they said they were not specialized in fireplaces. Why did they not say it at the beginning? Stay away from them.
While replacing the water heater, they damaged my dryer. At first, they told me that they will fix the damage. However, the installation manager who was responsible for that started coming up with all kinds of excuses for not fixing it. A month and 20 emails later they fixed half of the damage, and refused to fix the remaining part with no explanations whatsoever. Very poor customer service, will steer away from them in the future.
I have a strong hunch that the technician was trying to scam us into purchasing a brand new furnace for the following reasons: -He told my wife that he noticed a crack in the heat exchanger, but when I spoke with him over the phone, he mentioned that there was only signs of wear and tear. -He mentioned that he could not remove the heat exchanger without removing the entire furnace.
