During an extremely difficult time with a pandemic, Blenheim has acted pragmatically and sensitively to my mother’s arrival. Well done. Mum has settled in well but not yet a resident because she is self-isolating. She appreciates meeting the medical team and the assistance in making new contacts with the hospital and doctors. She wrote a lovely poem and had her photo taken a couple of days ago, so I’m delighted that she’s settling in and using her brain.

Our Mum is a resident at Blenheim House. She is really happy there and has made lots of friends. The staff are incredibly kind and caring. Mum enjoys the cinema and the many different activities organised to help stimulate and entertain their residents. They are so supportive of our family as well as our Mum. Thank you so much to everyone for being there for us.

I have been here for some time with people who have treated me very well, and other special requirements. Each and all have been very special to me in their ways in the time I have been here with each and every one. I hope I get an option to come back to lovely people. Thank you to all.

Blenheim House staff are amazing - lovely caring folk who have gone the extra mile many times and risen to the challenge of caring for my dad in a difficult and changing season of life, all with keeping him and the other residents Covid safe too.

You are the life and soul of Blenheim House and my words don’t even come close to how grateful we feel knowing that the residents are not only safe but also kept in good spirits in these challenging times! Many heartfelt thanks and our very best wishes for a healthy and fulfilled 2021!

My dad has been very happy there, he doesn't do much but he enjoys his meals and the staff are very friendly, he's well looked after and that's why my mum decided to join him. She now enjoys many of the activities that you do there, hopefully, my dad will join in more next year.

When Dad needed to go into a care home we were so worried, we had been recommended Blenheim House and we are so glad. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Always happy and trying to do their best to make sure the residents have a fulfilled life. Whenever we have had a query it has been resolved in a professional and caring manner. Dad has come out of himself since being at Blenheim House, he joins in the activities and seeing photos of him on the Facebook page looking so happy, confirm we have chosen the best care home... read more

Nanna's home is like a lovely hotel. It is immaculate with wonderful facilities, and delicious menus. The staff are warm and caring, and communication is excellent. The way the manager and the team have handled the Covid crisis has been amazing and has even facilitated safe visiting. I can't recommend Blenheim House highly enough.

The staff at Blenheim House have been absolutely wonderful throughout the Pandemic, responding quickly and effectively to everything that has been thrust upon them. We visited my Father today, and as per usual the infection control procedures were exemplary. Also, as usual, my Father was full of praise for everything the staff are doing. We are so grateful he is in such a safe and comfortable place.
